Pros

It's a place where equal opportunity exists for every employee, with No discrimination and without boundaries.

Cons

Being an international bank, there is bound to be a standardized set of operational procedure which is applied on a global basis but such practice is not good for progress in the long run. Where new procedures are implemented in good faith, the bank risk being a victim of it's cumbersome procedures and puts itself at risk of customer attrition. The enhancement of certain operational procedures is dragging the TAT and is No good for competition. We may not be the cheapest bank in town so it's extremely important for the bank to play to it's strength and ensure that our shortcomings are compensated in other areas of service quality, and thus living up to our reputation and brand name.
