Pros
I joined Standard Chartered Bank on their Consumer Bank Fast Track program. Orientations and trainings were fruitful. Internal transfers are encouraged by the bank.
Cons
Our rotations were rather inflexible, we could not really choose where we wanted to be rotated to, rather we had to be in the departments where business needs were. After the program, permanent roles were few and unattractive. HR was also not really that helpful in aiding us to get a good permanent role.
