Poor Talent Management. Poor Culture, In fighting between Sales, Credit and Collections. Political. No real strategy to dominate in the market. Leadership cocooned within UK rather than the emerging markets

Visibility is key to progressing in a sales role, promotions happens with adequate visisbility after a year and a half

Obviously as an employee in any other organisation, you may not agree with every policy enacted, sometimes you know you may see things differently from the leadership team. Compensation is not great
