Pros

The bank has a very well defined strategy and differentiated market positioning (focusing on developing markets). It also seems to recognise strong talent and be willing to move it into different positions to offer attractive career prospects.

Cons

As an organisation with a more commercial bank heritage, working on the investment banking (markets side), could be frustrating - a lot of bureaucracy, difficult to have strong competitive positioning and with lower-than-market compensation, as far as I could tell.
