Pros

The money is good, but it doesn't compensate for the stress and the incredible over use of "governance committees" comprised of people with very little actual technical ability. Management by committee of dullards means getting anything through the deep management tree is incredibly frustrating.

Cons

Psychopaths and sociopaths work here, like any other bank. It's a relatively inexperienced bank technology wise. Singapore isn't going to be a tech hub for this bank, try TEDA or Chennai instead.

Pros

Over the years, I have seen how the organization has grown, led the way in many areas, taken risks on people. There is great Diversity there so really good if you enjoy working with International cultures and if you are passionate about gender diversity.

Cons

Tends to be network based which makes it difficult for new joiners to figure out how to get things done.
