Pros

There is a good work-life balance. More holidays than other competitors.

Cons

Zero growth chances, absent, lying and incompetent management, uneven competition, over-bureaucratic organization (e.g. eight tickets in twelve days to reset the password of the application I was hired and paid to support). This company abandoned its business in Europe very long ago: there isn't much to do to grow and learn because the exciting things to do are elsewhere, in Asia mostly.

Pros

1. 10 days block leave 2. Decent hike (but not all the teams)

Cons

1. Once you coming with good package then there won't be any hike for at least 2 years. You can get the answer 'You are already in the market' 2. No appreciation & awards. 3. Managers/Senior managers i worked with them are non technical people. So you need to spoon feed them about what you have done. Make them to understand what you have done 4. Hike & promotion are not transparent. People who are in good touch with managers/senior managers get more as well as get promotion. There is no disclosure to team about the promoted people and there is no justification for promotion 5. Recruiting automation resource and deploy them as manual resource and asked to extend work hours to do automation and they will give weightage for that too. It we are not meeting it then it will be impact on performance. They won't bother about work life balance even though company supported for that 6. Managers can do what they want, they are the authority to decide so raising voice against them doesn't help you. HR policies are just for name sake 7. If you have contacts inside the company you can get an offer. 8. Internal vacancies are just for name sake, you won't get call for your application. It would be filled by known people. Most of the times, team decide the people and open the req 9. Your learning will be based on the team you are working and hike & promotion will be based on team. Don't just believe that it would be based on your performance. There is no value for performance 10. No hierarchy on team 11. You can see politics and can see more politicians. 12. There won't any exit interview. So no even have last chance to spoke with HR.

Pros

Nothing. BTW, Glassdoor is not allowing me to submit with just one word of "Nothing" ( asking for minimum 5 words). But, even if I enter 500 words, there is nothing good about this blood sucking company with no heart and human values

Cons

Poor Work life balance. No integrity amongst people of different languages. Too much politics and bureaucracy. Some people don't do any work if they are close to CTO / senior manager. but some people had to toil themselves with work stress
