My team mates and immediate managers were some of the most brilliant technologists and project managers. My team has a standard of CICD which is followed well by the tech team Benefits are great as well

Cons

As usual a lot of technological red tapes thus slowing down a lot of projects. Disorganized upper management and reorganizations make directions unclear. Middle management has a tendency to scope creep if not managed well.

Cons

Only core team does the development other team should debug themselves and work on DB and test. Getting help is quite tough but once you learn the process work is easy.
