Pros

1. SCB is quick to adapt to changes especially during covid period where they come out with polices protecting staff and deployment of WFH IT capabilities. 2. Offer flexiable working arrangements where WFH is the defult selection 3. Diverse and inclusive culture (i.e. Multi-cultural, LGBT) 4. Great benefits

Cons

1. Need to be able to present else it will be hard to find your voice 2. Long working hours depending on the markets you look after (SCB has a footprint of 50+ markets)

Pros

My team was great to work with.

Cons

There was no room from growth and no support from management. There is a lot of politics.
