Pros
Good company with good values. Compensation reasonable with good staff benefits. As a whole, a nice place to work.
Cons
Your experience will be highly dependent on your department and your line manager. I've witnessed and also had things getting nasty while working cross-function with unreasonable individuals who use their rank to override decisions and cut you down. You will be thankful that these persons are not in your direct mgmt line, but they do make work difficult, taking things very personally and totally lacking professionalism. I fortunately have a very good line, but experiences with others do sour the overall experience.
