Pros

Great pay and benefits, great flexibility in hybrid and flexi working, good leave entitlement, generous maternity/paternity leave, progressive culture (global teams at least)

Cons

Overly convoluted legacy processes, extremely slow, not truly innovative yet, a lot of things are broken and don't work (especially with IT), a lot of talking, aligning with stakeholders, "PR" self-promotion and fluff, but very little doing or getting things done, your career progression & job security truly depends on your manager (way too much more than it should be the case)
