Pros

Inclusion, equality, etc. are on a good level. People are patient. So, corporate culture is quite good. Bonus/incentive is generous

Cons

Technologies, processes in IT are quite convoluted. Agile is being introduced but it's very slow and is far from ideal. Many teams are siloed and reluctantly move to new ways of working.

Pros

Great benefits, annual leave days and insurance coverage are above local average, but not the best

Cons

If you have to deal with the offshore Tech people, good luck.
