Pros

Employee welfare - if you are a good performer, you will be taken care of Relatively stable working hours - unless there are important deadlines to meet / project commitments which is rare

Cons

Very political environment - many of the executives I met were more concerned with building empires than actually driving business Technology - these teams were extremely difficult to work with, mostly made up of washed BAs trying to get promoted. Executives were political, looked after their own instead of the organisation, most projects ran overbudget and underdelivered but somehow they maintain power Diversity and inclusion KPIs very narrow and rarely covers the entire spectrum of diversity
