Pros

Warsaw office is awful, not recommended at all

Cons

In my experience, the Standard Chartered Warsaw office was extremely disappointing for international employees. The culture felt exclusionary, with most key decisions concentrated within a small local circle, making it hard for non-Polish staff to grow or be treated fairly. Restructurings were frequent and seemed to disproportionately affect foreigners, creating instability and a lack of job security. Overall, it felt like a place where talent and performance mattered less than nationality and internal favoritism.
