Depends on the team

Pros

Good employer in general, no obvious red flag

Cons

Many mediocre people hold key positions, doing nothing (or nothing meaningful) but huge ego. Eventually, your progression is determined by whether your managers can bring you up. Also, your promotion depends on teams; some teams have a bunch of senior people doing one thing each, but they get promoted every year. Some teams are doing a bunch of meaningful work (directly impacting revenue growth), but careers are still stagnant.
