Pros

Good pay and benefits such as insurance, paid medical and maternity leave, day care facilities, transportation.

Cons

Despite the great policies that benefit working mothers, the management of some departments are very discriminatory against the perks. They consider maternity leave a cost to the organization. The higher management has the audacity to make comments publicly about appearances and to scream at individuals publicly. Typical bullies that has zero leadership skills promoted as head of departments causing serious damage to people’s self esteem. Does not understand what privacy is. Consistently pressured new employees to achieve unrealistic targets that were removed from the KPIs of former employees due to the organization taking bids to be sold. No empathy at all. The few favorites of the Head takes his power and discriminates other employees further. No respect or accountability towards the clients. Always looking forward to blocking the customer accounts instead of working on finding solutions with the clients. Very interested in gossip aka pocket meetings rather than work. The investigations upon complaining to HR takes too long that the employee has no option other than to tolerate further abuse for longer or resign. The work hybrid used on the adverts are for fashion btw. The management does not want anyone to ever work from home even if there’s no work on most days. They want people who warm the chairs. Tries to always exceed the permitted work hours according to shop and office act and they make faces if a breast feeding mother takes her 1 hour breastfeeding break. Certain junior HR executives promotes this culture based on gossip and bullying while the more senior HR individuals are very understanding.
