Pros

Great salary, lots of leave

Cons

The worst management possible. Very hierarchical. Only interested in their own careers. I’ve seen people bullied, seen people cry in meetings. When complaints made to HR the response was that they couldn’t handle difficult stakeholders. Constant gaslighting. Also loads of red tape

Pros

Salary and benefits were with market standards. Some benefits like holidays was above.

Cons

Highly biased atmosphere, you either are or a certain, sect , group or sex. If you are not you will be the black sheep of the family.
