Pros

Pays well, scope to learn

Cons

Worst culture, expected to work round the clock, one needs to be available on WhatsApp, weekends would receive work related calls, there are days i have worked 14-15 hrs. You will be contacted even on holidays. Micromanagement and lot of politics. One has to be vigilant here. No exit interview happened here so could never give a feedback on what has happened

Pros

Lots of learning material available

Cons

. Workplace culture leans heavily on internal favoritism; advancement can depend more on pleasing leadership than on technical ability. . Many long-tenured employees have outdated skills, creating resistance toward new, technically strong hires. . New talent may be viewed as a threat by existing teams, making it challenging to integrate or grow. . Not ideal for long-term career development due to internal politics and limited merit-based progression.
