Pros

No pros only cons dont join Defence Colony branch.

Cons

Red flags I faced during a recent BM interview at a leading private bank - Delhi: 1. Selection done, then 2-3 days later "casual calls" turned into re-interviews 2. 13yr ex-RM now BM with zero market/ hiring understanding, but god-complex 3. Toxic behavior normalized by higher management Declined the offer + informed CH/HR. Advice: Interview your boss as hard as they interview you. If your gut says toxic in round 1, believe it. 2 days of process * 2 years of regret. #BankingJobs #ToxicWorkplace #RedFlags #CorporateBanking
