Pros

Work-life balance and flexi working, with the Bank offering many extra curricular benefits. Good opportunities to move around the Bank. Nice working environment and friendly place to work. The holiday leave is very generous.

Cons

Many people take advantage of the flexi working and it can encourage people to drift along. It therefore sometimes lacks the passion and drive of other Banks. There is plenty of red tape and bureaucracy so decision take a long time and people are reluctant to take decisions.
