pretty good work life balance: Although it depends on individual teams (absolutely!!) the company provides flexibility and ensures employees have a manageable work schedule. Employee Care: There exists initiatives and benefits that reflect that the organization somewhat values its workforce. Stability for Performers: High-performing employees can find good opportunities to contribute.

Cons

Job Insecurity: There's a persistent sense of anxiety as employment decisions can seem abrupt and unexpected. Lack of Growth for Juniors: Juniors often struggle to shine under certain managers, with limited room for showcasing potential. Terrible hikes - For some salaries are somewhat high and for some, its kinda low. There is no balance in between. Poor hikes despite making profits.
