1. You will be given the role of management trainee, but when you reach Dubai you will be just a salesman
2. You will be given category 5 visa (labour category visa). Before that you need to work on visiting visa
3. There is no holiday
4. The salary won't be on time. You won't even be signing the appointment letter.
5. There is no proper HR system. All the reviews that you read otherwise is fake and forced by instilling fear
6. You won't be having any dignity or respect there. The seniors will come just to shout at you. They will harass you like anything
7. You will be asked to like and share all the social media posts by force. The principal partner himself does that.
8. You will be harrassed infront of all the associates in such a way that the next thing you think of doing will be suicide
9. You will not get your phone and travel expenses reimbursed. If you don't get 3 meetings a day, that becomes a leave without pay.
10. You will not be insured. I had seen one associate who required a surgery to be done and when he approached the management, he was fired from the company
11. Finally, inorder to get the full and final settlement when you resign, they will cut all the ticket, visa and other expenses they had and will tell you that you will be getting only rest of the amount. But if you sign the document, you won't even be getting that. I had to go to embassy and ministry of human resources there to get my salary
12. There is nothing like career growth there. If someone tells you that, either they are lying or they are afraid of the company
13. You would see your superiors making sexist comments about girls whom they had just mentioned as like their daughter
