      Worst company I ever worked in my 4 years prof life, its india homes family only no entry for others, the worst part is they ask to leave the company if u don't do business in first month itself, no training, only business , no support, no salary on time, no incentive, no reambersement but while joining they tell all the scrap

      No pros. It is a utmost disaster company for those who enter either as a fresher or experienced .

      Cons

      Big list . Salary cut , salary delay, politics engulfed at all levels and department, very few weekly off , Huge pressure , hardcore sales, no focus on customer service. Be it, fresher or experienced , please stay away from this company if u love ur carrier.
