Amazing working environment- cool people to work with, helping team and friendly colleagues Good Paymaster Convenient Location- too close to metro station

Cons

Need to have more professionalism when it comes to project execution Salaries should be paid on 1st of every month- currently it is 7th Saturdays should be fixed off, working weekends are really tough to manage

Nothing as such. Just the management needs to be more active in solving employee's problem. Better work life balance is something which they should work upon

No Pros over here If than also I have to write any pros of this company than I would say...only to work for no reasons and to get the salary on whatever date the company decide.

Cons

Hiring people and firing with no proper and valid reasons. Not paying incentives and salary on time. Not at all corporate type of enviornment. Thanks its not a BPO otherwise they have to spend like BPO companies are spending on there employees. No employee-employer relationship. Closing sooner with firing people and with no salary pay out.
