None, Zero, Nada, Zilch. A lecher company at best. The company is the classic example that slavery is still thriving in modern times.

Cons

Ad nauseum. No pro-employee policy. 6-day week. Loss of pay if you can't resume work due to illness. The company holds every rights to fire you any moment. And remember, they even won't pay you a dime. You are well aware of a banana republic, at least theoretically. Here's a banana company in all flesh and blood. Steer away from this company.
