      SAG has acquired some excellent industry leading products

      Cons

      Some (not all) sales management should be replaced with individuals who have skills in sales.

      Yet another service based company - GCS - SoftwareAG

      Pros

      Good product stack as all says. Have few geeks and some real smart people. Number of employees are small so you get to know people really fast. Note : I am aware only for consulting division and not the R&D team.

      Cons

      Neither people based nor process based. Just another service based company with no much scope for new people to enter consulting. Worst part is that the attrition rate is growing in recent quater and no visible action for identifying the problem.

      Amazing team, collaborative, room to grow and excel, flexible

      Cons

      Constant change of objectives, high turnover, lack of communication from senior leadership, lack of trust from upper management, poor understanding of U.S. operations (all Board members sit outside of U.S.)
