As I have said before work pressure is too high...long hours and extremely tight dead lines.

Highly bureaucratic. Terrible culture. Some managers, especially in sales, are undiagnosed psychopaths.

Recent reviews are likely confusing to folks. Terracotta no longer exists as separate entity. You'll get a better sense of things by reading Software AG reviews. The "pros" at this point would be working 9-5 at a big company collecting a paycheck.

Cons

All the cons of a typical big company. E.g. rampant mediocrity, no direction, etc. But perfectly fine if you just want to go on cruise control.
