Most of the people are nice

Cons

Management is super shady Pay is okay but they expect you to work as two people They expect you to do more than what you can do Don’t appreciate workers You cannot advance here because they only promote people who they like, not people who can do the job They would rather hire temps who will work for anything because it’s all they can get, but not provide their full time workers any kind of benefits.

Strong Client Relationships: Built trust and long-term partnerships with key accounts, which contributed to client retention and satisfaction.

Cons

High Workload Balance: Managing multiple large accounts sometimes stretched capacity, making prioritisation difficult. Client Dependency: Some clients preferred dealing exclusively with me, which made transitions or handovers challenging.
