Cons

Having to wait over a year to be considered full time and then waiting 30 days for benefits. You are made to feel that you are just a warm body to fill in positions, Management is poor, plays favorites.

Flexible work schedules, are a major plus for those with busy schedules or long commutes. And, of course, everyone's favorite: federal holidays , plus generous vacation and sick leave. All of these packaged together make Sodexo an attractive employer.

Cons

Often cited as the biggest turn-off for would-be applicants, the hiring process requires patience and persistance.

Friendly Atmosphere Commitment to equal opportunities Approachable management & directors Interesting work covering many segments Good work/life balance Free fruit & drinks provided at head office Small Christmas bonus for banded employees (more for higher bands, however it is not guaranteed and based on business results)

Cons

Too much communication (meetings, emails, conference calls) with irrelevant information - sometimes less is more, quality over quantity as they say. New starters receive low holiday allowance, 20 days for a full time employee (should really be 25 at least) Salary slightly lower than competitors at present
