      Vacation after first year of service,and sick time and paid holidays

      Unorganized and very unprofessional management. Management lack interpersonal skills,and if your not friends with the right people you'll never move up or be given opportunities

      Pros

      Big company a lot of growth opportunities. Offsite training and trainers were awesome. They really encouraged their managers to be the best.

      Cons

      Good ole boy network. Hang on to bad managers. Promote bad management to save money. A lot of the time management was encouraged to manage by bullying other managers.

      Sketchy future for Facilities careers...focus & recent upper management 'adjustments' are great folks from foods with little clue of real-world Facilities Management - Sad.
