Low pay, they take advantage of some workers giving less pay to some. They have horrible management skills, when i was working there for the whole year we were understaffed, its not that there isnt enough people to be working, is that they over scheduled to begin with, brought in too many command labour, and over spend on that part. They tricked a student into writing a false letter about two of my supervisors that they were racist, when in fact the supervisors are practically best friends with all of us, of any race. Worst part is the human resource person from sodexo came and are basically best friends with the management so basically ignored all complaints agaisnt them. They dont order enough food supply and so we can never cook whatever they placed on the menu. we are understaffed and over worked . They obviously have no clue what they are doing and they obviously dont care. I really hope That NO ONE ever works for this horrible horrible company that could be so devious and UNDERAPPRECIATE their wonderful hard working staff.Corruption is so obvious, they really dont care about the food they are serving

Always understaffed, Extremely high turnover rate of staff treated like slave labour, with the constant threat of being sacked poor management that is unwilling to listen to staff, mediocre training which is only to tick a legal box, not to help you
