      Truly EVIL Corporate Monsters

      Pros

      Absolutely ZERO. This company is horrible and no better than slaveholders.

      Cons

      Evil, Exploitative. and truly Disgusting. Paying employees only 25 cents over the minimum wage to work directly with hospital patients, and keeping hours so low to guarantee poverty. No benefits. And this is in a Christian-modeled hospital. As of 2015.

      Pros

      Benefits, paid vacation, extended time off if working in campus dining. Paid sick time. New management training from corporate.

      Cons

      Unfair or different treatment of lateral managers. Good old boys/girls club. If you haven't been there for awhile, you can't possible know what you are doing. No direction given from the D.O. or G.M. if it isn't right, they don't care if you have never been trained on something, even if you asked for training.

      On campus for a student worker

      Cons

      No proper leadership, poor scheduling, ridiculous hours. Schedule wouldn't be posted for the student workers so we would be chastised for not coming in when it wasn't posted. Trying to run a kitchen on a skeletal crew was frustrating.
