      Pros

      You're off pretty much whenever school is out and they provide your shirt and nonslip shoes.

      Cons

      Low pay, heavy lifting, very few pto days that management is known to deny for arbitrary reasons.

      Pros

      Depending on which segment you work in, the schedule can be great.

      Cons

      Company aggressively micromanages from the top down. I spend way too much time on pet tasks to look good on a report, as opposed to serving our clients. Because the organization is so large, and in so many segments, there is a disconnect between corporate and operations. What works for one segment doesn't work for another.
