      Pros

      Sodexo is a good company to work for. A company with a real culture, real values. Its not for everyone but if you share their values it can be a great place to work. Many employees have been with the company for years. The company's expertise is vast and extends far beyond food services. It is the world's premier expert in Quality of Life Services, covering all aspects of professional and personal daily life.

      Cons

      Like all big companies it can sometimes seem overly complex and a bit political.

      Pros

      The management team, including Sr. Leadership take a geniune interest in my career growth and development. I have great friendships with my co-workers and they are very supportive. Although I travel alot, the flexibility I have in my role when I'm home is invaluable. I would be hard pressed to find another organization where I can attend 100% of my children's school functions when I am at home.

      Cons

      I do have to travel a lot; when I'm home, I have the flexibility to meet the needs of my family by attending school events, working from home, working hours that fit around my family's needs
