Pros
Welcoming, diverse atmosphere with the opportunity to make many connections and interactions. Can be fast-paced and fun. Management is fun and easy-going most of the time, and the overall environment is positive. People are very helpful and willing to take responsibility for their actions an work.
Cons
Sometimes a little slow and customers can become cranky, but that is the nature of working in food and services. Can become monotonous at times, and can be overly hectic at other times.
