      Pros

      Pros- Great HR Team. Took care of you and helped integrate you into their culture effortlessly. Had a great support team in management.

      Cons

      My immediate manager was a new hire as well and resisted many of the Sodexo culture which made it hard working directly for him. I was sure that he was confused as to what my role was supposed to be and he kept changing it. His supervisor was amazing and made up for my direct supervisor's incompetence.

      Pros

      Helping Seniors in a food service environment. It depends on who the General Manager is and also the District manager has an influence on the work culture.

      Cons

      Long hours of 60 plus hours a week! I believe the new general manager was brought in to cut expenses and remove managers who had a high salaries. I had a very successful career of 16 plus years until the new management regime came in. I was micromanaged to get me out the door with performance plans. After jumping through hoops I was still terminated.

      Great core values, plenty of room to grow and relocate.

      Cons

      Always worry about contract being pulled. Salary for hourly and salaried employees is always low. Poor increase in salaries, erodes engagement and moral.
