Pros
Good company overall initially with excellent benefits, but they've changed over the years to moderately above average. Ongoing training provided. Opportunities to advance with company especially if able to relocate. Majority of colleagues & supervisors excellent. Fortunate to spend majority of career with outstanding General Manager who was willing to support staff & would use entire raise percentage on staff taking no increase for self.
Cons
Contract management so if contract lost job is lost. Company top heavy & needs to consolidate. Issues with District Manager violating federal law, violating company hiring policy, places professional staff in impossible situations, not trust worthy as an individual, failed to investigate situations. Unqualified individuals hired at higher rate than superior rated employee. Area Support Manager doesn't keep up with new information & tries to force individual opinion on account rather than use established standards. Some General Manager incompetent & shouldn't have been hired.
