Pros
Free food when you are working on site from the buffet or grill locations. I guess it looks good on the resume.
Cons
They don't really train you as well as they could leaving you to your own common sense. I once had to design a web page with no prior experience; I was literally just give the program and web address. The union is in drastic need of improvement. Union workers make to much money compared to what they put out in general. When you are making up to $22 an hour for being a cashier it's a little ridiculous when a management doesn't even see that much supposedly. To much of everything that doesn't have to do with work. And to people who good above and beyond there duties do not even get paid accordingly.
