Corporate Staff: Prides itself on diversity Flexibility Good work life balance Most colleagues are very pleasant & easy to work with Convenient cafe in the building w/ decent offerings Nice office setting...Cube life is decent

Cons

Titles & actual responsibilities don't necessarily align Everything is associated to a budget, I mean everything...system log-ins, training received from another internal department, etc. Not everyone has the interpersonal skills to be a supervisor, who actually is one. A hiring freeze would prevent you from moving to a different department, even if the vacancy already exists & you're already on board

Poor support by corporate services. Required to purchase from large national vendors, "Preferred Vendors". Would rather purchase from local small vendors, with lower pricing. Does Sodexo get a 'rebate' from these 'preferred vendors' with higher prices.
