      Pros

      - some shows can make you a lot of money in a very short time frame - friendly corn the most part - they attempt to have company culture - easy to get in the swing of things - relaxed call-out policy

      Cons

      - virtually no training - lack of clarity in many topics - if you don’t speak Spanish, good luck getting the good bartending spots - major favoritism in scheduling and shift placement - basically if you’re in, you’re in, if you’re not- good luck making any money
