Contract for company was baught out and they didn't even offer a transfer to a different location.

-Steady work. -Lots of training available if looking for promotion. -Flexible with scheduling for those with families

Cons

-Expected to do others jobs when they aren't available. -Expected to use personal phone for work if not salaried. -Hours are not the same on a daily basis & are expected to be available if they do. -Location I worked at in Columbus, OH had no work for almost 3-4months each year around the holidays. -Expected travel sometimes out of state and pay your own pay for all expenses. You get reimbursed only if you file an expense report and wait almost a week.

Over worked and they don’t have a grasp of the marketing function and frequently talk down to the marketing team. HR is incompetent to say the least so onboarding and quitting are next to impossible, they just expect you to figure it out.
