Get to attend and experience each game for free. Pay is decent for the work.

Cons

Management is a mess, there is no organizations whatsoever. They hire basically anyone so you have peers that don't do anything that never get punished. Started to crack down on stuff with 4 games left in the season.

You get to work fun events like FanX and Consumer Shows You get your steps in at work! Often averaging 5-10 miles walked per shift at SPCC. They feed you leftover meals from banquet catering nearly every shift.

Cons

Onboarding and new-hire training standards are basically non-existent. Be prepared to spend your first few shifts confused with little instruction. Uniforms provided are super uncomfortable.
