      Pros

      Central London location was an advantage, meeting new colleagues was really nice.

      Cons

      Was targeted for who I was and made to feel worthless. Grievance was raised and not investigated. Senior manager manipulated staff to fabricate issues against me and promoted a toxic environment. Discrimination reported through company grievance procedure but not dealt with. Left burnt out and with my self esteem distroyed.

      Pros

      Free concerts, 22% automatic gratuity, management doesn’t care, you can basically do whatever you want

      Cons

      Company retains 25% of service charge and distributes it unfairly amongst all staff members who work those 2 weeks even if they work 1 slow day but don’t work the 1 slammed busy day. Too many staff members. Servers make more money than bartenders, although they work for a total on like a hour and a half, meanwhile the bartenders have lines of 50 people deep, and the bar backs can’t keep up, but the servers are sitting on their behinds on their phones instead of jumping in to help.

      Pros

      if you use public transportation, its a good spot for that. if you like mindless work, chefs and management with big egos, and inconsistent hours, this is the best place ever.

      Cons

      pay to park every day, inconsistent schedules, bosses who dont listen and who are more interested in playing office politics than listening to people. incompetent chefs who dont communicate well.
