The people I got to work with hadn't been heard in over two years, I was able to connect with most of the team in a supportive fashion and it showed.

Cons

Racist, Classist and Ableist regional managers that have never worked anywhere with integrity. The result is a nightmare in which the hourly associates are held prisoners without training, feedback, support or an avenue for growth. Rhe mostly African American team was underpaid and under trained which resulted in a slew of interpersonal issues. The regional manager team would rather blame the whole hourly team and use individuals that speak up as scapegoats than actually addressing the core issues.

None, The only reason to work here is to say you worked at a convention center.

Cons

HR is extremely unprofessional. She targets who she doesn't like and picks on you until you are so uncomfortable at work, it is unbearable. Senior leadership is toxic, and are poor managers. They do not believe in a positive work environment. They say they value a timely culture, however they all come and go as they please.

Adrian is a really cool boss and the majority of the people at the Rady Shell location in San Diego are fun to work with. Learned a ton.

Cons

Horrible hours. Inconsistent. 70-90 hours a week during the season. in the off season you're forced to work at the Convention Center and Indian Wells Tennis Garden which both suck so bad. Not worth it unless you make 90,000 or more. I made 72000.
