Pros
Good benefits and wage. People, other than corporate, are great to work with because they work together as a team.
Cons
Corporate doesn't work with the other employees well. Sees the workers as people that need to do what they say. Doesn't seem to have a clue why things are not working. Corporate spends a lot of money on themselves by constantly having meetings that include overnight stays, fancy meals. They also go on big trips with one another to meetings in different states and nothing seems to come from those meetings and nothing is communicated to the employees.
