It’s a job. You get money. For certain Business Lines, your client projects are determined for you (promos you have client work and are fully staffed, con is you get minimal say in which projects you interview for)
Cons
Constant change for HR systems/policies and job requirements. Every level is expected to sell AI (the proprietary tool which is inferior to others) and do internal publication (they say these are optional but you can’t get max bonus if you don’t participate enough). Lots of dropped internal initiatives with no formal end or follow up. A THREE YEAR leadership program which attrition causes most people to drop out of and is only mandatory for some leadership? 2026 cost of living increase was NOT blanket, a couple titles were excluded like our money doesn’t matter as much. No support for additional education.
