      Toxic leadership and serious cultural problems

      Smart and intelligent colleagues, remote working, working opportunities abroad, relatively good salaries

      Cons

      Very toxic leadership team that has no clue what they are doing. Partners seem to bring in little new work; expectations of managers and SM’s are unrealistic (seems to be constant scaremongering as partners arent delivering). Far too high expectations of consultants. HR doesn’t exist; all of their loyal, experienced staff are leaving, and I expect this to continue.

      Solid peers Variety of internal projects to work on Not a culture of working after hours

      Cons

      Functionally acts more like a staffing augmentation firm than a consulting firm Low amount of PTO (and they just reduced it for next year) Internal systems and tools are hard to navigate At times I have 4 or 5 people I'm reporting up to Unclear on how to develop and grow professionally

      - some realignment internally around building expertise

      Cons

      - not very inclusive space as a POC - there's a true divide between US and Europe office - long client engagements with very little agency to change - difficult to get pay increase
