      Pros

      Sia Partners is a great place to develop expertises and soft skills. In Singapore, there is an ambitious growth plan and the head of Singapore ensures everyone can be part of it and can contribute to the development of the firm. There is a positive outlook and consultants benefit from it. The process for internal move from one office to another works well and allow consultants to discover different countries and way of working.
