Pros

The 'soldiers' within the firm are all great folks, who are young and talented. Unfortunately, they are being set up for failure by a maniacal CEO.

Cons

The firm does not really have any true identity. All clients were inherited from the french practise and no senior management does much in the way of bringing new clients. Their bonuses are stolen off the sweat of the junior people efforts and discretionary bonuses are the worst i have ever seen. The CEO in the Us is the biggest problem. He is basically a dictator. There are no formal policies or rules anyone is expected to follow aside from those he decides to impart. He is a misogynist with a clear bias against women. He also displays an objection to minorities and folks with a sexual orientation that isn't mainstream. He only cares about the people who kiss his shoes and if you do not conform your tenure will be cut short for some fabricated reason. This experience has been a waste of time for me and i do feel bad for the young people the firm hires, because they do not know better. Soon they will realize their careers are being limited.

Pros

New in the United States, so there is some potential for it to grow.

Cons

The Director I worked under is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met, with both clients and colleagues.

Pros

Majority of coworkers are friendly

Cons

As others have mentioned, the company is essentially a staff aug agency and only a small percentage of projects are actually consulting-focused. Leadership expects individuals on the bench to network themselves on to projects and they (admittedly) have no clear methodology for staffing bench members at all. They are constantly hiring to simulate growth but will simultaneously terminate people for lack of project opportunities. The new US CEO is also no where to be seen despite leadership pushing for collaboration and being in-office.
