      - Young and motivated team - No competition, I really feel that everything is a group effort - Training sessions to keep me updated but also to learn new things - International opportunities for those who want it

      Pros

      Rapidly growing company with flat organisation structure. Plenty of room for your own ideas & initiatives, and responsibility early on in your career. Great atmosphere!

      Cons

      Sia Partners should take the next step in professionalizing itself by improving its presentation to the outside world, better manage knowledge sharing between offices, and communicate in English instead of French.
