Strong success story building an independent alternative to the Big 4. Very entrepreneurial and long term commitment.

Cons

As the firm was only created 17 years ago, the brand name is still not as visible as the Big 4 firms

Strong flexibility, Rapidly growing company with strong momentum. Broad range of locations around the globe allowing some mobility. Autonomy and proactivity are strongly encouraged and rewarded.

Cons

Still a medium sized company that sometimes struggles to provide the right structure for new hires. All the locations are not aligned in terms of process and procedures, so communication can be fussy sometimes
